To use Live Chat (http://helpdesk.savingsangel.com/home):

(1) Go to the HelpDesk area by following any Contact Us link, or follow the link above.
(2) Click "Chat live with us."
(3) Type your Question.
(4) Based on what you say, a few knowledge based articles might pop-up. If none of these answers your question, click "None of these are helpful - get in touch."
(5) On the following screen, click either "Find someone to chat with" OR "Submit a support request"
(6) If we do not have someone that is available to chat, you will receive a message "Sorry, no agents are available. You may submit a ticket below for further help." We will then answer your question with-in 24 hours.
(7) If a technician is available to chat, you will put in your name & email address, then click "Begin Chat"
(8) We'll answer you right away, and the transcript of our conversation will appear in the large box in the upper portion of your screen.
(9) After your chat has ended, you can chose to receive a transcript of the chat via e-mail.
